Below you can read an in-depth explanation of why we chose each of our ingredients in our unique formula!

Vitamin A

A fat-soluble vitamin that is imperative for maintaining hormonal balance. Vitamin A is a powerful anti-oxidant that helps with the development and maturation of follicles in the ovaries and the production of healthy and fertile cervical mucus.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C improves hormone levels and increases fertility in women with luteal phase defect. Ascorbic acid plays an important role in the regulation of the menstrual cycle and ovarian function. These ascorbic acid levels are stimulatory to the hormones progesterone and oxytocin and have been found in high concentrations in the corpus luteum. Other research has shown a correlation between serum ascorbic acid levels and follicular fluid levels in women undergoing IVF at the time of oocyte recovery. f vitamin C is essential for maintaining a healthy menstrual cycle and maintaining or improving egg health.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is needed to help the body create sex hormones which in turn affects ovulation and hormonal balance. Vitamin D deficiency in women has been linked to ovulatory disturbance and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Vitamin K

A fat-soluble vitamin that is imperative for maintaining hormonal balance. What’s interesting about Vitamin K is that it works synergistically with two other fat-soluble vitamins—A and D. Vitamin K helps regulate the menstrual cycle and helps the body effectively absorb nutrients.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an important antioxidant to help protect sperm and egg DNA integrity. In women, increasing the intake of vitamin E may prevent ovulation decline, and could boost the success rate of fertility treatments. It also helps form and maintains the placenta during pregnancy.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine)

A vitamin B1 deficiency has been shown to compromise egg cell health in the female.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)

Prevents various menstrual disharmonies, such as amenorrhea (no menstrual cycles), scanty periods, delayed menses, painful periods, irregular ovulation, or poor egg quality.

Vitamin  B3 (Niacin)

vitamin B3 could prevent miscarriages and birth defects.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)

Vitamin B6 may be used as a hormone regulator (specifically the two hormones which are crucial for conception: progesterone and estrogen). It also helps to regulate blood sugars, alleviates PMS, and may be useful in relieving symptoms of morning sickness. B6 has also been shown to help with Luteal Phase Defect.

Folate ( as Folic Acid)

This vitamin helps prevent neural tube defects as well as congenital heart defects, cleft lips, limb defects, and urinary tract anomalies in developing fetuses. Deficiency in folic acid may increase the risk of going into preterm delivery, infant low birth weight, and fetal growth retardation. Deficiency may also increase the homocysteine level in the blood, which can lead to spontaneous abortion and pregnancy complications, such as placental abruption and pre-eclampsia.

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)

Vitamin B12 has been shown to boost the endometrium lining in egg fertilization, decreasing the chances of miscarriage. Some studies have found that a deficiency of B12 may increase the chances of irregular ovulation, and in severe cases stop ovulation altogether.

Biotin

Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin, generally classified as a B-complex vitamin along with vitamin C, niacin, riboflavin, folacin, thiamine, pantothenate.

Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5)

decrease the risk of infertility. pantothenic acid (B5) has the important function of glutathione against that inhibits fertility.

Calcium

This mineral is helpful for fertility on many levels: it helps you absorb vital nutrients from your foods, maintain healthy blood flow, balance hormone levels and regulate insulin levels in your body.

Iron

Studies have shown that women who do not get sufficient amounts of iron may suffer anovulation (lack of ovulation) and possibly poor egg health, which can inhibit pregnancy at a rate 60% higher than those with sufficient iron stores in their blood.

Magnesium

In regards to the former, a deficiency of magnesium has been directly linked to female infertility. Firstly magnesium deficiency can cause spasms in a woman’s fallopian tubes, preventing egg implantation. Secondly also known as “the hormone of pregnancy ”, magnesium ensures that the right amount of blood flows to the uterus. Thirdly, it regulates hormone levels, specifically progesterone, which is important for a healthy menstrual cycle and the production of eggs. Finally, it harmonizes fluctuating blood glucose levels, which lead to inflammation and damages the ovaries.  Within a period of three months, magnesium supplementation produced an impressive 32% pregnancy rate in previously infertile women.

Zinc

In women, zinc works with more than 300 different enzymes in the body to keep things working well. Without it, cells can not divide properly: estrogen and progesterone levels can get out of balance and the reproductive system may not be fully functioning.

Selenium

An antioxidant that helps to protect the eggs and sperm from free radicals. Free radicals can cause chromosomal damage which is known to be a cause of miscarriages and birth defects. Selenium is also necessary for the creation of sperm. In studies men with low sperm counts have also been found to have low levels of selenium.

Manganese

Deficiency of manganese increases the risk of over production of certain hormone of the prostaglandins family, leading to overactive uterus, thus decreasing the chance of fertility. Acting as an antioxidant. Manganese helps to improve the immune system in fighting against cell oxidation, thereby decreasing the risk of irregular cell growth in the reproductive organs that interfere with the natural process of fertilization. Manganeses also have a function in maintaining the levels of minerals in the body, thereby decreasing the risk of mineral deficiency such as magnesium, iron, and calcium, resulting in decreasing the risk of infertility caused by deficiency of iron or other trace metals. It helps to enhance the bio-assimilation in absorbing vital minerals and vitamins or other chemicals from food within the gastrointestinal tract by breaking down chemicals and alternating the chemicals in the bloodstream by the liver or cellular secretions, thus increasing the nutrients to the body, thus enhancing fertility.

DHEA

A hormone that the female body converts into androgens, mainly testosterone. Even though androgens are male hormones, they're present in both sexes and are essential in the female body for the production and development of healthy eggs. In an infertility setting, particularly in conjunction with IVF, DHEA is used primarily to treat women with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), which occurs either as a consequence of premature ovarian aging (POA) or female aging. It increases the androgen levels within their ovarian environments to a normal range, which improves egg quality. High-quality, healthy eggs develop into high-quality embryos, which have better chances of implantation and lower risks of miscarriage.

Coenzyme Q-10

The female reproductive system is basically a massive factory which needs enormous amounts of energy to take simple egg and sperm cells and turn them into very complex little humans. CoQ10 is one of the main components that allow this to occur. Female egg cells, in particular, have more mitochondrial DNA than any other cell in the body. A decrease in mitochondrial energy production leads to a decline in egg health resulting in birth defects, miscarriages, and overall infertility.CoQ10 improve both egg quality and fertilization rates. Furthermore, CoQ10 is an antioxidant and as such protects the eggs from being damaged by oxidative stress due to free radicals. This improves egg health, quality, and quantity. Moreover, numerous diseases, associated with infertility and reproductive dysfunction, are linked to oxidative stress.  These include, but are not limited to; endometriosis, unexplained infertility, PCOS, POF, menstrual cycle irregularities, preterm labor, recurrent miscarriage, egg health, sperm health, and motility.

Chaste (vitex)

Helps to normalize ovulation, improve a short luteal phase and reduce Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), all known fertility inhibitors and helps to normalize progesterone levels and increases the luteal phase from 5.4 days to 11.4 days. In addition, two double-blind studies show vitex extract increases a woman’s fertility and chances of successful conception. Vitex increases luteinizing hormone production while mildly inhibiting the release of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). This indirectly boosts progesterone production and chances of achieving and maintaining a successful pregnancy. Also, it is an incredible hormone balancer, which adapts to women’s different needs. Vitex has been shown to normalize heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia), relieve amenorrhea (absent menstrual cycle), and decrease polymenorrhea (too frequent periods). Vitex even eases inflammation of the uterus or ovaries, so it’s a good choice for women prone to painful fibroids or cysts, too.

L-Arginine HCL

An essential amino-acid, L-arginine is a key player in a number of physiological functions. The main one, which is absolutely essential for conception, is the regulation of blood circulation which helps redirect it to the genitals, uterus, and ovaries. The supply of oxygen-rich blood flow is one of the most important elements of reproductive health.

L-Carnitine tartrate

L-carnitine helps reduce oxidative stress and is used by your body as it turns fat into energy.L-carnitine will help you get pregnant, improve your energy while you are pregnant and help your baby gain weight.

Taurine

Taurine is essential in early human development, and low levels of taurine are associated with cardiomyopathy, retinal degeneration, and growth retardation. Women are more at risk for a taurine deficiency because of the presence of female hormones that restrict the production of taurine within the body. Normally, reasonable amounts of taurine are synthesized in the human body from cysteine. The female hormone, estradiol, depresses the formation of taurine in the liver. Women who are on estrogen replacement, birth control pills, or are suffering from excessive estrogen may need extra taurine.

Red Clover flower extract

This blood purifying action is wonderful for pregnancy preparation, aiding in the detoxification of environmental pollutants prior to conception. This function also may be helpful for women with cystic acne. The action of Red Clover is one of the best known for acne. Red clover aids in improved circulatory function, this is very important for all functions of the body, but it is important to have good circulation to the genitals for reproductive function. Red Clover has been shown to increase cervical mucous, aiding vaginal dryness.

D-Chiro-Inositol

Research is proving that D-Chiro-Inositol is a way to support women with the polycystic ovarian syndrome, or PCOS, in managing insulin levels. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of infertility, affecting 5-10% of all women. Researches also shows that it reduces the  systolic blood pressure, lowering of luteinizing hormone (LH), lowering of the LH/FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) ratio lowering of total testosterone and free testosterone and androstenedione and prolactin and the HOMA Index (homeostasis model assessment)- to check for insulin resistance and makes greater maturation of ova.

Men Fertility Boost

The main problems for male:

-  Low sperm count

- Slow sperm motility (movement)

- Abnormal morphology (shape and size of sperm)

- Problems with semen

Below you can read an in-depth explanation of why we chose each of our ingredients

in our unique formula!

Vitamin A

Vitamin A has important antioxidant properties, and it is needed by men to maintain

healthy sperm cell membranes

Vitamin C

For men, vitamin Chas been shown to improve sperm quality and protect sperm from DNA damage; helping to reduce the chance of miscarriage and chromosomal problems. Vitamin C also appears to keep sperm from clumping together, making them more motile.

For men, the most important supplemental nutrients to enhance fertility are vitamin C and zinc. Vitamin C helps prevent sperm from clumping or sticking together, thus improving the chances for fertility. Vitamin C has been shown to reduce DNA damage in sperm by 91%. It is also shown to reduce agglutination and abnormalities. Vitamin C (1000mg) per day raised sperm counts by 140% in the first week in one study and 200 mg increased sperm counts by 112% in the first week.

Vitamin E

Studies show that vitamin E can increase sperm potency by 2 1/2 times. Two studies found that vitamin E supplementation lead to a 20%

pregnancy rate in previously infertile men. That is higher than most assisted reproduction procedures. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that improves sperm count, quality, and motility. It helps keep the sperm membrane healthy and protects sperm from free-radical damage. It has also been shown that Vitamin E supplements improve the sperm's overall ability to penetrate an egg.

Folic Acid

Studies show that men with low levels of B vitamin Folic Acid have lower sperm counts. Folic acid intake is associated with a statistically significant reduction in frequency of sperm abnormalities in healthy males. You can get the daily minimum of 400.

B Vitamins ( Riboflavin and Niacin )

Riboflavin and Niacin are part of B vitamin complex. B vitamins for men are very important because are required by the body for healthy functioning, cell division, cell growth, and sperm development. In a study, men with diets including the highest intake of folate tended to have lower rates of sperm with abnormal chromosomes. B12- Has been shown to increase sperm counts, helps balance testosterone & LH/FSH secretions. Higher quantity ( one study up from 20 to 100 million /ml on 500 mcg dose ).Very important.

Zinc

Zinc the most important mineral for male fertility. It is found in high concentrations in male sex organs and sperm. Zinc is necessary for making the outer membrane and tall of the sperm, and for sperm to mature properly. Zinc deficiency has been linked to low sperm counts and testosterone levels. Exposure to stress, cigarette smoke, pollution, and alcohol can deplete zinc. Zinc supplements have been shown to improve sperm count, motility, form function, quality, and fertilizing capacity. Men need a minimum of 15 mg of zinc per day.

Selenium

Selenium is a trace mineral that protects cells from oxidative damage and is helpful for sperm function and fertility. Selenium improves sperm formation, quantity, structure, quality, motility . and function.

The epididymis, the tube through which sperm pass from the testicle through the penis, needs selenium to function properly. Selenium deficiency has been linked to male infertility, while selenium supplementation in men has been shown to improve pregnancy rates.

L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline is amino acid that is needed to produce sperm. Researches show that several months of L-Citrulline supplementation increases sperm count, quality, fertility and ease the symptoms of mild-moderate erectile dysfunction. However, during the research when the initial men sperm count was extremely low ( such as less than 10 million per ml), L-men with sperm counts greater than 10 million per ml and so many doctors recommend the supplementation of L-Citrulline.

KMS-66 (Ashwagandha root extract )

Ashwagandha ( Withania somnifera ) has been described as a medicine, as an aphrodisiac that can be used to treat male sexual dysfunction and infertility.

A clinical trial report published in the Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine journal examined the effect of supplementation by KSM-66 Ashwagandha in adult males and demonstrated significant improvement in testosterone level and other metrics related to male sexual function.

KSM-66 supplementation was seen to increase testosterone levels by 17 %, semen volume by 53 %, sperm concentration by 167 %, luteinizing hormone by 34% and sperm motility by 57 %. KSM-66 Ashwagandha is considerably effective at improving markers of male virility.

Pine Bark extract

Preparation on improving sperm parameters in infertile male patients. The pilot study demonstrated a 99% increase in the average morphology (shape) of sperm. The antioxidant brand pine tree bark improved the quality and function of sperm in men with fertility problems by a mean of 38% and 19 %, respectively, after only 90 days, this gives infertile couples new hope and a new alternative to more invasive procedures.

Coenzyme Q10 for Men

A few studies have suggested that coenzyme Q10 may improve sperm counts and motility. CoQ10 is found in seminal fluid, where it helps protect sperm from damage and improves motility. Many alternative health practitioners recommend that men with sperm issues take 100 mg of CoQ10 daily, though traditional organizations believe it requires additional larger scale studies.

Maca root extract

Maca is an herb found in the Andes Mountains in South America, and also known as a libido booster. A study was designed to determine the effect of a 4-month oral treatment. Treatment with Maca resulted in incensement of a seminal volume, sperm count per ejaculation, and sperm motility, which would indicate positive effects on fertility.

Pumpkin seeds

Pumpkin seeds are high in zinc and have some vital fatty acids that work well in boosting the male reproductive system and thereby increase fertility. Zinc is known to be very important for good sperm count, so for men suffering from a low sperm count there hunt stops at pumpkin seeds. Zinc is vital for the production of testosterone and for a healthy prostate gland to produce healthy and potent sperms. Thus by introducing pumpkin seeds in your diet you can better your sperm count, have healthier sperms and maintain the right level of testosterone.
